Welcome to Illinois Stock Transfer Company's Website. This site was
created to help you in transferring and/or tracking your shares of
stock for the various companies we act as Transfer Agent, Dividend
Disbursing Agent, and if applicable, Dividend Reinvestment Agent, as
well as Proxy Solicitor and Tabulator.
Our firm was established in 1912 and since that time has been
managed with the primary priority of assisting the shareholder and
fulfilling their needs. We help manage, maintain, and handle the
various items associated with your shares of stock, such as address
changes, dividend checks and ACH Credits, if applicable, as well as
transfers and proxy mailings.
We have designed our site to be easy to use and helpful to you in
answering questions affecting your holdings via a transfer,
registration change, etc. Please keep in mind that many of these
forms and the requirements associated with them are only applicable
to our firm and the issues of stock for which we act as transfer
agent. These forms and their certain requirements may not pertain to
other transfer agents (i.e. Our stock power form appoints us, The
